In this role, you will analyze business operations, identify strategic opportunities, and develop actionable plans that help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will work closely with senior leadership teams to understand their vision, evaluate market trends, and design result-oriented strategies that align with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Business Performance: Assess current operations, financial data, and market position.
  • Create actionable, data-driven strategies that align with the client’s long-term business goals.
  • Study industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate new markets, product lines, and business models that can drive expansion.
  • Lead discussions, brainstorming sessions, and planning meetings with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with planned objectives.
  • Offer insights, advice, and professional recommendations to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Deliver clear, compelling reports summarizing findings, strategies, and expected outcomes.
  • Work closely with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy adoption.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in consulting or strategic roles
